The MGB has long been a favourite among classic petrolheads, and our 1971 MGB Roadster is a great example of why.
With its stunning interior featuring leather and wood veneers, you get a feeling of style and luxury as well as practical comfort. The ‘Midnight’ blue exterior paired with a tan interior makes for a highly sought-after colour combination and with the addition of desirable features like overdrive and power steering, this MGB offers a more modern drive while still maintaining its classic appeal.
First registered on 3rd March 1971, our MGB Roadster has been with its previous owner since 16th March 2023. It comes with a comprehensive history file that includes old invoices and tax discs, as well as the original factory handbook. Records indicate a colour change from red to blue on 5th July 2007. The history file also includes an invoice from Browns & Gammon for extensive suspension work, dated 11th September 2020 for ยฃ661.71 and a clutch slave cylinder replacement in May 2023. The last MOT expired on 24th August 2021 at 99,019 miles, with only minor advisories.
Our 1971 MGB Roadster has a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox with an optional overdrive system for 3rd and 4th gears.
The last competition MGB sold out within a few days and this one is very likely to do the same!
