Based on the reliable, tough and rugged underpinnings of the Rover 216 saloon, the 216 Cabriolet injected a sense of style and flair to the everyday family Rover. The sleek, comfortable and elegant look of this 2 door cabriolet was a hit with buyers and has become somewhat of a modern classic.
This 1994 Rover 216 has been carefully sourced by Bridge Classic Cars Competitions to give you the chance to win this well kept and well cared for example.
The car is finished with stunning Nightfire Red paintwork over a tan interior in beautiful condition. It also features a matching maroon hood in fantastic condition with all bright work and trims fitted across the car.
Fitted with the classic Rover 1.6 litre, 4-cylinder engine which has been meticulously serviced, and has only covered just under 81,000 miles in its 29 years, our 1994 Rover 216 also benefits from a 4-speed automatic gearbox.
The car has received a workshop inspection by the Bridge Classic Cars technicians and comes with its original owners booklet that includes a comprehensive service book dating back to its pre-delivery inspection in January 1994 as well as subsequent services from 1995 until 2022.
The car was owned by a member of the Rover 200 and 400 Owners club and is supplied with MOT certificates dating back to 1997 up until 2022. Along with ownership and Rover 200 club paperwork, the car also comes with full period correct sales, accessories and price list brochures specific to the Rover 200 series.
This is your chance to win this retro Rover for just a few pounds!
