Quite possibly one of the most exciting MGB GTโs available on the market right now!
Our 1981 MGB GT LE coupe is a manual with overdrive and already generating a huge amount of interest.
1 of only 580 MGB GT LEโs built, this rare model was one of the final run to leave the production line before the closure of the Abingdon factory in 1980.
Finished in the beautiful colour combination of Pewter metallic with grey upholstery this lovely LE is still totally original and boasts the same specification as it left the production line in 1980.
Acquired from our good friends at TurnTwo Classics, since being with us at Bridge Classic Cars we have already seen huge interest from a mix bag of people; men, women, young and old have all shown instant attraction to our loveable classic!
The previous keeper has owned this super coupe for 14 years and during this time has maintained the car as required. Used sparingly, having covered just 2,000 miles in his tenure, we would imagine this car has mainly enjoyed sunny days and the local car shows. The MOT history shows that the car has passed a number of MOTโs with ease with no significant signs of wear.
This is a car that is extremely solid with a very strong chassis and lovely bodywork, the paintwork still very sharp with the car being garaged and lovingly cared for.
The original upholstery showing minimal wear and have easily stood the test of time.
Everything works as it should. Our MGB has just 77,500 miles on the clock.
This is an amazing opportunity to enter the wonderful world of MG ownerโs, and you could become a member of one of the friendliest and most welcoming car clubs around.
Congratulations to Duncan Walker, winner with ticket number 1056.
